Free to use, with attribution
Our data and charts are free to use, including commercially. That covers the figures in our data studies, the price report and its JSON export, the downloadable dataset files, and the chart images.
The one condition is attribution: credit Selvedge Denim List and link to the source page on selvedgedenimlist.com that the figure or chart came from.
Embedding charts
Charts may be embedded on other sites using the embed code provided on the study page. Keep the credit line that comes with the embed code; it is the attribution.
No warranty
Figures are dated snapshots of public retailer and brand-site catalogs, computed by automated collection. Each page states its as-of date, sample, and method. Prices change daily, and we provide the data as is, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
What this license does not cover
Product photos, brand names, and store information belong to their owners. Fade logs and photos belong to the members who posted them. Bulk copying of our catalog pages is not covered.
